Return Window:
You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, after 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

• Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, magazines)

• Hazardous or flammable materials

Partial Refunds (if applicable):

• Books with signs of use

• Opened CDs, DVDs, video games, or software

• Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error

• Returns made after 30 days of delivery

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email about your refund status.

• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.

• If you don’t see your refund, please check with your bank or card provider, as processing times may vary.

Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts:
